Boise made it into CNNMoney’s list as one of the top 10 cities setting the stage for a comeback. At 6th in the list, Boise was stacked with Phoenix and eight cities in Florida. Interesting results! Why Boise? We love our small city because of its close-in recreational opportunities, mild climate and cultural diversity. Economists favor Boise because we have an unusual mix of agriculture and technology that continue to create employment opportunities. With housing inventory levels dropping and a wave of new construction underway, we are optimistic and well-positioned for growth in the Treasure Valley.
