I understand you were the builder of the home I just purchased at 2869 E. Shadowband St. in Eagle. I wanted to tell you how much I love the work you did. The coffeted ceilings, the moldings, and the archways are wonderful.

We cannot believe everyday how gorgeous and liveable our new home turned out.  Initially, we were scared to have a home built because we heard from so many friends and family members who all had horrible stories about the home building process. Our decision to work with Todd Campbell came after much research and many questions.  Todd was always willing to meet with us to answer questions and was able to turn our ideas and needs into a home unique to us and how we live. 

We have recommended him to everyone who has asked who built our home.

During the entire construction process Todd Campbell was always professional, on time and caring. His sales representative was available to answer our questions and willing to schedule meetings and walk thrus throughout the process to make sure all

of our wants and needs were addressed.  Our home was ready to move in exactly as planned, which was hugely important as we were moving here from out of state and were on a VERY tight schedule.

When we decided we needed a larger house, our first thought was to buy an existing home given current market conditions, thinking we would be able to get a great “deal”. After looking around and finding not what we needed or wanted at any price. We began talking to people about the building industry and began researching builders, this is when we came across Todd Campbell. What we found so refreshing about meeting with Todd was his enthusiasm and passion for taking on the challenge of taking our dreams and needs and personally working to design our home.  It is hard to describe how reassuring it was to know he was paying attention to every detail, finishes and all the workmanship necessary to build a new home on our behalf and it was not until our expectations were exceeded did we close-and on time as promised.

We spent a number of years considering “downsizing” with retirement in mind and visited many open houses before we finally decided to sell our current house and have Todd Campbell design our final and first new home. Although the building can be stressful we were amazed at how organized and smooth the whole process was working with Todd and Karen.  We really appreciated their attention to detail and how courteous all of the professionals they work with were from the selection to every contractor.  It was refreshing to see and hear how proud everyone was who worked with and for Todd building our home, as it shows in the craftsmanship we enjoy more everyday.  Thanks for making our one and only new home such a joy to own.

All of my friends CANNOT believe I built new house by myself.  They are even more amazed when they see how detailed it is with its unique moldings, high ceilings, cherry hardwood floors, granite and hand textured walls.  I even got a finished garage with epoxy floor.  All the storage and virtually no wasted space remind me how lucky I was to work with Todd Campbell to build my home.  Todd always listened and answered my questions right a way and was open to my ideas making them a reality after discussing all aspects including added costs with me.  He delivered my house on the promised closing date and exactly how I dreamed it and more.

We want to thank you and Todd for building such an amazing house for Althea and me. We love it! Our first encounter with Todd Campbell was a beautiful townhouse in Champion Village. We weren’t able to buy it then (happy it didn’t work out now) but the first time we saw this house, I said as I walked into the kitchen: “This looks like a Todd Campbell house.” I made Chuck get out of the car and come look – he would never get out of the car to see a house until I saw it and said I like it, come see. Well, he did and fell in love too.
