I just wanted to thank you to everyone involved for taking care of my heating problem so quickly today. I expect this night to pass much more comfortably, both because of the heat and because of the two teenage daughters who won’t be curled up next to me in bed! Anyway, it was wonderful to be able to call and get things taken care of all in one day. It was much appreciated.
